That's the one I was referring to - and I'm afraid the image quality is
poor. The Google books scanning and also those done by Microsoft are of
great value for old books text - but sadly whoever was doing the scanning
didn't bother to fold out plates and scan those as well, scanning the folded
plates still folded makes for frustrating viewing! Photographic image
scanning in the books is extremely variable - but not having the originals I
can't tell whether this is due to the scanning process or poor images in the
original. Possibly a mixture of both.....
