Hi all
I was wondering whether anyone has any audience research that they can
share into audience needs for a couple of particular types of online
resource:
The first type is the resources that we currently called factpacks -
i.e. short introductions to a particular period/topic that our
collections tell. Bas
The second is the picturebank - primarily for school use, it is a
collection of images that we think might be useful to learners.
I'm going to be conducting my own research into this but I'd be
interested to hear if others have any experience of this, either
anecdotal or in the form of a more formal report.
I'd be very grateful if you could reply either on- or off-list to let me
know.
Many thanks and have a good weekend!
