We are reviewing our Key performance indicator system (KPI's). Our intention is to amend the short loan shelving times from six hours to two hours and our Long/Week loan from 48hrs to 72 hrs. We are from a large institution our shelving turnover is 600,000 per year with a short loan discharge of 68,443 per year. We are from a large institution and would appreciate answers from similar size.
