Hi Maureen,
It sounds like a problem similar to what we had except the e-mail address wasn't my own but a member of the Swets staff!
The solution was to give our users their own Athens route into Swetswise, the 'individual mapping option'. Swets activated this for us so when next time a user accessed SwetsWise they just had to click on the Athens link in SwetsWise and fill in a short registration form.
We didn't have to do anything at our end it was all dealt with by Simon Litt at Swets. If you want to contact him his e-mail address is [log in to unmask]
I hope is of help?
Regards,
Allison

Dear Maureen,
We are investigating why it doesn't work for your users. I do apologise
for the inconvenience caused by our communication. Our initial solution
has not solved the problem for your users, so we will pick it up again.
Thanks for letting us know, your contact in the UK office will get back
to you with more information.
Kind regards,
Marieke

We have an ongoing problem with a setting in Swetswise and I wondered if
other sites have this problem or can help. Users can email their results
from Swetswise. My email address is there by default. Even if the user
was to spot it, they cannot replace with their own. Initially I thought
it a setting in Swets admin but when I could not put it right, I asked
Swets for advice and it has them stomped! Any ideas?
On a weekly basis I am getting downloaded results from Swetswise. In
some cases a lot of work/research has gone into it. I have absolutely
no way of knowing who actually sent the references. I hope I have
explained the problem clearly?
Regards
Maureen
