Hi all,
I've spoke with Gale-Cengage and their US Technical Support is aware of the Infotrac issue affecting shibboleth users and is working to resolve it so Shibboleth should be working again very soon.
They are contacting their customers about this, and as temporary work around, if you contact Gale they can put a temporary password on your account which will overwrite Shibboleth and allow users to access remotely. The password can be removed once the technical issues have been resolved.
