Hi Christine,
ZETOC have 'turned off' the ATHENS access as it used to be, so you have to select your home institution before you enter your ATHENS username and password.
This seems to work for us now. We also suffered the problem you describe.
Regards
Sarah

Subject: [lis-e-resources] ZETOC
Good morning,
at Greenwich we have had reports of non-access affecting the ZETOC
resource this morning, culminating in re-direction via ATHENS
repeatedly.
Is this affecting anyone else in the community?
Kind regards
Christine Hayes
