I don't seem to be able to complete an "Institutional Login", the background handshake appears to happen (slowly) but I never actually get logged into JISCMail :-( I've tried a couple of browsers with the same results.
On another note, the only place I've seen to start an "institutional login" is from the homepage -- not from any of the "you need to be logged in, here's a login box" pages which is rather frustrating :-(
