Extremely unsatisfactory. I freely confess that I don't always
maintain sainthood as they describe, and I doubt that there is a
doctor who does. Use us after our desert and who shall 'scape
whipping? Since by definition we are all unworthy, censure is a matter
of luck (don't get found out) and subjectivity. Decisions are likely
to be affected by subjective factors such as public concern, which is
no doubt why judges keep overturning them.
