Hi Steve,
It seems that it is a file name issue as when I am actually in the feat directory I want to use the GUI lets me upload the file.
Sorry to have wasted your time like that,
Joe

Odd - what happens if you run fslnvols on the file from the terminal, also what does fslstats <file> -r -R give?
Cheers.

Hi,
Are there any spaces in the directory or filenames of the image you're trying to select? What do you get if you type
fslhd <your4Dimage>
Cheers.

I am attempting to perform some analysis on the filtered functional data (PPI analysis). However, every time I attempt to simply upload the file through the GUI I receive this error message. This is with any image from any of my subjects. I have also tried to upload the original unfiltered data but still receive the message.
Any help on fixing this would be much appreciated.
