Hi,
This option isn't used very much and I'm afraid that
it is still necessary to take the (natural) logarithms of
the intensities. I thought that this had been changed
in a previous version, but checking now it is clear that
this is not the case. We will try and get this changed
for a future patch, but at the moment if you take the
logarithms of the intensities and try this instead then
hopefully that will work.
