Hi,
The website is correct - use first_boundary_corr.
This is a new method which we have found superior
to the old method with the arbitrary threshold (although
you can still do this using the 'thresh' option).
However, I'm curious why you choose to do the steps
manually. Would you mind saying what you change
and why?
All the best,
Mark
