It might help to also bring in the notion of representations.
The rdf, json and html are all representations of the same thing - real-world thing, but also underlying data. A change to the underlying data will presumably affect all three representations so I don't see any issue with attaching the same dc:modified to each of them.
As Ed says, it may be worth relating them - dcterms hasFormat works for that IIRC.
