Motivation
----------
Networking and Collaboration applications and services bring radical changes to the everyday life of all citizens. At the same time, they provide an unprecedented opportunity for people with special needs to have equal access to the knowledge-based society and economy, since they can easily have access to interpersonal communication, education, work, commerce, entertainment, etc. The special track aims to investigate recent research and developments efforts which can empower people with special needs to fully exploit the benefits of these new technologies.
