Thought should be given to how blind people would access this unless
your reception is constantly staffed

Subject: LCD screen information
Customer Services are erecting an LCD screen in a main reception area
for visitors to checks meeting details i.e. which room, start and finish
times etc.
Can you advise as to whether there is a specific criteria we need to
consider when purchasing the LCD screen and loading static information
onto it to be viewed by visitors.
