HI Monica,
I'm working on creating an online test within my department (Information & Communications
at MMU), but it's at least a year away and I'm keeping my fingers crossed regarding
funding to do it. The CILIP Info Lit group and LearnHigher are in the process of creating
a UK Question Bank from which you could take questions to use in whatever output form you
want to (you'll probably be asked to contribute ideas to this project shortly in the near
future btw).
There's an online test I have used called the ILT from James Maddison University in the
US. It's really good and does all that you want - but it's $7 per student.
Hope this helps in some way........in the end.
Regards
Bob Glass

Hi
Apologies for the cross posting.
Can anyone recommend a diagnostic tool/skills assessment tool that can
be used to check students' information literacy skills/study skills?
It would be particularly useful if it could give automatic feedback to
students and also something that we can adapt ourselves.
I can collate replies for the group
Thanks
Monica
