Dear all,
I've been trying to estimate normalization of a rat brain PET image to
rat PET template and I encountered a problem. I constantly get
following error message, no matter if I use a Windows or Linux
computer:
Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.
In file "F:\SOFTWARE\spm8\spm_normalise.m" (v1143), function "snbasis"
at line 300.
In file "F:\SOFTWARE\spm8\spm_normalise.m" (v1143), function
"spm_normalise" at line 194.
In file "F:\SOFTWARE\spm8\config\spm_run_normalise_estimate.m"
(v2335), function "spm_run_normalise_estimate" at line 27.
The images are quite small, have the same sort of contrast and I don't
think I understand why the computers should run out of memory. Did any
of you encouner that problem before and has any tips how to deal with
that?
Best Regards,
Marti
