Danny,
I would check all of your input files to make sure they have the right dimension and type. I get an error like that when my input files are messed up.

Subject: Re: [FSL] FIRST concat_bvars
Scratch that...figured out how to concatenate properly...but, I ran into another error that I cannot seem to get past when trying to do vertex analysis.
I used the command (in FSL414):
first_utils --vertexAnalysis --usebvars -i concat_R_Hipp_4s.bvars -d 4S_design.mat -o testoutput --useReconMNI --useRigidAlign
I received the following error message:
model loaded
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException'
Abort
Does anyone know how to get around this error?
Thanks,
Danny
