Hello All,
Is it possible to obtain (I guess via deconvolution) the HRF function which best fits a particular subject (or group) starting from fMRI data? In my case, it's patients with small vessel disease, so it is reasonable to assume that the HRF will be a little different (probably a little slower/wider).
I know that AFNI has a deconvolution tool that does this, but I wonder if FSL does as well. The FLOBS tool in FSL, as far as I know, only allows you to shape a different HRF by changing parameters, but if that's the case, that's obviously not powerful enough.
Thanks for your help,
