Using ROTATE, and then displaying one plane from the resultant cube (I
didn't use NDFCOPY here, would that have helped?) had 2 complications.
picking the angle to rotate, and deciding what plane to show, now that
the axes don't correspond to eq coords. I think what you are
suggesting would help with the first, but that is fairly easy with a
bit of trial and error, because you can see the map in the xy plane
both before and after the rotation, so you know what you are looking
to achieve. The trickier bit is choosing the x or y coord of the plane
that you want to show. If your suggestion would also help with this
(e.g. by setting the origin of the pixel coord system to the plane
that you have specified?), then it would be very helpful indeed.
