kpg1_lutky is having a bad day.

I get a rendezvous file missing error with IMAGE=$KAPPA_DIR/bgyrw_lut. I
do get the bad free then. It looks like the task that is drawing the
histogram is failing. I can't work out trivially which command that is but
it's also the one responsbile for the stack trace.
If I run lutedit on $KAPPA_DIR/comwest I don't have a problem
except for:
!! Unbalanced nesting of AGI_BEGIN/AGI_END calls.
! LUTEDIT: Failed to edit or create a colour lookup table.
! Application exit status AGI__BDNST, Unbalanced nesting of AST_BEGIN/AST_END
