Dear all,
When conducting a VOI time-series extraction for a significantly different cluster at 2nd level, the eigenvariate values I'm getting (so I've been told) are really high; possibly too high, possibly meaning something unpleasant has occurred. Please see attached. It isn't just limited to one or two cases, nor this one contrast.
1. I'm using these eigenvariate values to see if they correlate with an outcome measure - just to be really sure, this is the right value to use to show correlations with regional brain activity changes, isn't it? (I'm assuming so!)
2. More importantly, can anyone tell me whether these values ARE too high and above what should be expected? - What is an approximate usual upper limit? And if they are too high what checks I should do in order to see what might be going wrong.
Many thanks,
James Gilleen.
