Hi Luigi,
that seems very odd... how did you use ImCalc, i.e., what expression did
you use? Do the images display correctly in spm, before and after the
calculation (it would be very unusual for spm itself to be left-right
confused, it often is an import/export issue)? Did you use the same
spm-version for all calculations (on the same computer platform), and
did you copy potential mat-files when moving the image? Have you tried
other calculations on these images (say, i1-10) and checked whether
these are done the "right" way? Would loading the images into memory
using spm_read_vols be an alternative?
Sorry to not have an easy solution but it's hard to say for sure what
the problem is without having more information.
