Dear Feng,
That depends on how variable the head locations are between subjects.
You can assess that by plotting the 3D sensor locations for all the
subjects together. In the near future we are planning to add a tool
for normalizing M/EEG data across subjects. For now you can try using
ft_megrealign if you think there is a serious problem.
