I am trying to create a baseline for EDRMS useage to aid my discussions with Senior Managers on Department and individuals useage (really highlighting inconsistent or lack of use), and whilst I can (and have) worked it out from our MI and good practice in my organisation I wondered if anyone else had baselines they use? (I'm talking about useage as a crude number of documents saved)
Whilst I appreciate we are all different and no install, job, organisation, sector. legislative environment, polices etc etc etc are the same and comparisons are dubious at best I'm going to ask anyway
so I wondered if
- anyone uses baselines in their organsiations and how they are calculated?
- are there any published / quoted baselines on EDRMS use? e.g. A user would create on average 3 new documents per day
