Well said Diane - I see no difference whatsoever.
The amount of employees I see who have sporting injuries or poor lifestyle
health issues which lead to absence is more of an issue than the very rare
occasion that I see someone absent due to cosmetic surgery. If it was to
become a yearly occurance this would be a different matter but I would
imagine this would usually not be the case.
So....... what did you have done then??
