Hi,
An academic member of staff has contacted us to see if we are in a
position to accept the private library of Ken Coates, former Nottingham
MEP and Chair of the European Parliament Human Rights Committee, Chair
of the Bertrand Russell Peace Foundation. My understanding is that it
contains in the region of around 50K books, ranging from private presses
to standard U/G texts. We do not have the resources, either staffing or
space to take this donation but I said that I was ask the wider
community. Ken Coates would like it kept together if possible. If you
are interested, please let me know and I'll pass your details on,
Many thanks in advance,
Nuala
