It is normal that the BDII side (the bdii-fwd process) closes the
connection after a few minutes, when the oldest slapd is killed;
however, something prevented the remote host from being informed
of the connection being closed. This can happen when the local
machine suffers a hard reset (e.g. power cut), but in this case
it seems some intermediate entity is messing with the traffic...
