ActiveMQ-based APEL has just been certified today: https://savannah.cern.ch/patch/?3612
Timeline for rollout to production is now in the hands of the EMT.
We're currently beta-testing the AMQ architecture with a few sites (currently 4, more to come). The phasing out of RGMA-based APEL is quite a reality now, although we foresee that it will take a while for ALL sites to move away from it.
