Do you want to use the tensor ICA output for denoising? I guess you can but you would have to rescale by the S-mode (if Christian doesn't oppose;). Also I would only do that if you expect some kind of consistent "noise" (motion, artifacts) you want to remove.

Good afternoon everyone. I attended last year's FSL course and found that using the results from single-session ICA for denoising to be very useful, but I am unsure how to use utilize the results from multi-subject Tensor-ICA analyses and I cannot find any information in the FSL course handbook regarding applications for the group components. Are there steps I can take to use the .gica information to refine the analysis as is accomplished with the .ica information or is it useful more as just a way to look at the group data in general?
