Dear FSLers
I have installed the FSl package for Ubuntu 10.4 (Lucid Lynx) from the NeuroDebian repositry (http://neuro.debian.net/index.html#repository-howto) using the recommended APT-confuguration file and a package manager. While running a TBSS pipeline, the script is unable to find the FMRIB58_FA standard for the standard space registration. I tried to locate the fsl-atlases and standard folders at /usr/share/fsl/data where one would expect to find them, but the data folder (@ /usr/share/fsl) itself is missing. The fsl-atlases package appears to be unavailable from the neurodebian repositry. I am wondering if I have missed something during the installation. I had no such problems while using FSL in Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala).
Any suggestions / comments would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
Best Regards
