I would be interested to hear how it goes for people testing this code. We
are currently having an intermittent issue with TORQUE/MOAB respecting the
job dependencies that are submitted to it, which has been present for us in
TORQUE/MOAB 5.3.6 and 5.4.0 that we are actively trying to debug with the
authors of TORQUE/MOAB.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: Re: [FSL] FSL_SUB submission script
Hi Stefan,
Attached is a version of fsl_sub that supports Torque. This was sent to
the list a few days ago by Matt Glasser in response to my request for
Torque support. Honestly, I have not had a chance to work with it very
much, but it looks like it should work. The main issue seems to be the
difference in options to SGE's qsub vs. the Torque version.
I think we will be seeing more of a call for Torque support given that
Oracle now owns Sun and wants money for Solaris. In my mind, this puts
the future of SGE into question. Time will tell, but support for more
clustering technologies is a good thing.

are very new. It is rather large, and if you can get the submission script
working, feel free to run your data on it!
