Hi,
we are actually very cautious about the interpretation of such white matter analysis... This is why we prefer not to release it and leave it to people to edit the scripts if they really need to run it. Please make a research in the FSL archives on this topic (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?S1=fsl).
As for the regression analysis, you are correct, this is done using the appropriate statistical design in the design.mat.
Cheers,
Gwenaelle

Dear FSL experts:
I have a question to need your comments.
Recently I read the article written by Dr. Giorgio, which is about the "age-related changes in gray and white matter structure throughout adulthood".
It mentioned the white matter analysis by FSLVBM (like gray matter analysis by FSLVBM).
Can I ask how to change the scripts to perform this function?
Besides, how can I get regression analysis by FSLVBM? Is that related to the settings of the design matrix?
Thank you
Sincerely yours
Dr. Lai
