Hello,
This is some wacko Python error.
Can you open other projects? I've googled around and there is no
definitive statement that I can see about what might cause this error, but
it would seem that it ought not to have anything to do with the project
specfics. The one suggestion I have seen repeated is to delete *.pyc and
*.pyo files, although I'm not quite sure how this could have suddenly
arisen as an issue for you (are you running the same code from two
different computers?).
Given that it has crashed at a specific import, I would first try:
rm /data/prog/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.1/python/ccp/general/ChemCompOverview.pyc
rm /data/prog/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.1/python/ccp/general/ChemCompOverview.pyo
(one or other might not exist so that "rm" might fail).
And then try again. But it would be interesting to know if it works on
other projects (if so I can't believe the above will solve it, although
you never know).
