2 x User Experience Research Internships.
Global leader in usability and customer experience research, design and consultancy services. Based in central London.
One to One Interactive is a leading global digital solutions company, and OTOinsights is its customer experience division. OTOinsights provides customer experience research and design services to provide its clients with the insight to understand customers needs, goals, habits and satisfaction levels when they engage with them and their competitors. Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team, in the role of assisting our customer experience research consultants.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with and assist the User Experience team, including:
* Creating user journeys, reports and presentations.
* Planning and conducting user research, including usability studies (incorporating eye tracking and innovative EEG data capture and analysis).
You will also assist in the pre and post set-up necessary for conducting research.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
You should be currently enrolled on an undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme or have graduated from an accredited graduate programme in the area of Cognitive, Experimental or Industrial Psychology, Interaction Design, Human Factors or Human Computer Interaction. You should possess excellent verbal and written communications skills. Computer skills are a must with good typing skills. Experience with Office applications (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and the Internet are required. One To One Interactive can only consider people who are already eligible to work in the UK for this role.
WHAT WE OFFER
This is an unpaid internship and the duration of the internship is flexible but we would look to work with the right person for 1 month initially. The person will be reimbursed for lunch and travel expenses. All applicants preferably need to be London based for the working hours of 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The person will need to be self-directed and able to manage time effectively. We will provide excellent references for the right candidate with the potential for a permanent position if the candidate is right.
