No. 1 is Vitis, mineralized/skeleted, not charred; i.e. the outer skin uf the pip is missing and
the inner skin is empty. It is a normal status of Vitis pips in deep soil. These mineralized
skelets of Vitis are very hard and do break rarely. Charred seeds often crash into pieces.
No 2 reminds me to Piper.
