The evac chair debate is an old one and there is no absolute answer.....
Sure I'd like a better solution......
But, in a burning building I'd be glad to find one.....

Thanks Karen and Shane, Every time I go somewhere with an evac chair the
people do not understand why I say they are not much use - they have been
told they are ideal! There seems to be a lack of real life research.
