Dear all

Here is the latest update from Intute
You might have seen recently press releases about funding cuts

Note that over the coming months you are likely to see a reduction in the number of new items added to Intute due to the previously announced funding cut http://www.intute.ac.uk/blog/2009/12/16/jisc-announces-intute-funding-cut/
However, I will continue to alert major new sites via the blog. http://www.intute.ac.uk/blog/

There is also a new elections in the news blog http://electionsinthenews.blogspot.com/

Elections.

Election night may be over, but the UK web Archive http://www.webarchive.org.uk/ukwa/ is busy conserving 2010 election related websites. Eventually they will form a separate collection on the website to supplement the existing 2005 General election collection. http://www.webarchive.org.uk/ukwa/collection/99035/page/1
2010n examples are becoming available on a rolling basis. Try searching for 2010 for some examples. Already there are the Elections in the News blog http://www.webarchive.org.uk/ukwa/target/41713718/source/search
The BBC news http://www.webarchive.org.uk/ukwa/target/40271950/source/search
