The aim of this workshop is to help participants to develop the skills to use coaching
techniques in their day to day management practice. Effective performance coaching
involves helping individuals to unlock their potential through focused learning and
discussion.

* Identifying your management approach
* Using a structured approach to coaching – the GROW model
* The skills of an effective coach
