You're quite right, I would definitely not call that anterior cingulate!
I recommend the following for guidance on different approaches to
describing/localizing fMRI results:

37, 1033–1041. http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2006.09.055
The best thing is to get a good brain atlas and spend time comparing
your results to different views from the atlas. It's a bit slow at
first but well worth the investment.
