Just another thought - try asking Derbyshire Dales - I know they have been
quite innovative around housing and I have seen a report that came from
health there - they did a health impact assessment on the older residents
in some new properties they had built to the lifetime homes standard in a
village. They may have some ideas about how a district can go about it.
