The ITS (UK) Local Authority Urban Interest Group and Freight Interest Group, jointly with the Green Logistics project, are holding a one-day Seminar Understanding urban freight – issues for town planners on Monday 10 May 2010, 10:00 – 16:00, in London. This is an opportunity to learn how freight activity impacts on our urban centres using evidence gathered from 30 years of UK freight surveys, and approaches that are being employed to mitigate the negative impacts.
