Dear Panagiotis,
That sounds a little strange because normally the CTF system wouldn't
let you localize the head if that was the case. What do you mean by
'all my data are flipped'? Does the coregistration display look OK?
What happens if you just choose lpa as the point corresponding to the
right MEG fiducial and vice versa?
