Dear ysl,
looking on the realignment graphs in your .ps file I assume that you
have four sessions with 244 scans each. The second and third subject (sh
and er) have 7 sessions 7*244 = 1708 scans, 4 new and the last 3 of
subject 1 (gs). So obviously you have a problem with the file selection
in your batch file. Which function do you use for this task? Can you
give the corresponding code lines of your script?
By the way, it's better to do the realignment with separate sessions
instead of puting them altogether in one session.
