Postdoc position in fMRI and the neural bases of language (Christchurch, New Zealand)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for a Postdoctoral Position at the New Zealand Institute of Language, Brain and Behaviour and Van Der Veer Institute.
You will be located at the Van der Veer Institute for Parkinson’s and Brain Research, in Christchurch. You will conduct fMRI research, and contribute to the themes of both the NZILBB and the Van der Veer Institute (http://www.vanderveer.org.nz).
As a successful candidate, you will have a PhD or equivalent in a field related to research on the neural bases of language, such as medical physics, bioengineering, neuroscience, linguistics, Speech-Language Therapy, or psychology as well as demonstrated experience in neuroimaging, preferably fMRI (MRI, DTI or brain perfusion) and demonstrated experience of excellent research capabilities (design and leadership) required to carry out innovative and insightful research.
