If your function uses the same standard as SPM MEEG functions, i.e. it
get input via a struct S and one of the elements of S is S.D which is
either an @meeg object or file name then you can add at the end of
your function:
D = D.history(mfilename, S);
save(D);

You can see the full list of functions via the reviewing tool. You can
also generate a script based on the history from the reviewing tool or
using the spm_eeg_history function. If you save the history in a
variable:
h = D.history;
then you'lll be able to access all the fields of h and see all the functions.
