Dear all,
I performing VBMm analysis and I have some question related to it. What is the difference between choosing "Gray matter mean" , "Gray and white matter mean", or "Gray, white matter and CSF" as a covariate?
If you want to assess gray matter losses, is it not better to choose only the gray matter as a covariate? However, most of the papers I've read use the TIV.
Thank you in advance
