Dear Manish,
I had the same problem few weeks ago. You need to re-compile your
mex-files, see the instructions from the SPM wikibooks below:

In a Terminal, from the /src/ folder of your SPM5 installation, type:
cd /home/login/spm5/src
make distclean
make && make install
Make sure you are logged in as root :)
