I think Uche may be comparing this rapid scene flow in Shakespeare inappropriately with jump-cuts, as from my understanding of jump-cuts they are not related to rapid scene changes but, rather, operate as split-second disjunctions in film editing, so that two consecutive shots of the same subject are taken from slightly varying camera positions.

It's a time-worn observation in film that the scene flow in the Shakespeare
plays is like the movies rather than nineteenth century 'solid' realist
theatre.
Which, of course, doesn't mean they translate easily to film.
