Oh probably, Tim, yes.
We had a bit of a discussion around Bruce Andrews's comments & poems
awhile ago, & some of what he does, or Kenny Goldsmith, might be what
you are alluding to here.
On the other hand, such work allows a reader to 'get it' rather
quickly & then not bother reading the whole...?
I admit my own bias is still to a certain 'beauty' (?) of form (in
open to be sure), which in my case includes rhythm, sound, etc, & much
else....
That, undoubtedly, further reflects some various kinds of
'politics'... but I'm not able to clearly articulate them in their, I
suspect, contradictions.
