Hello Marisa,
I do agree that two years post registration experience is necessary to equip
prospective OH nurses with a wealth of knowledge of health and how it may
affect their ability to work. My main concern is balancing experience
against what I can cope with, I find ward work both upsetting and
exhausting. But then again, it's only two years.
Thank you all for your advice and help I've been offered a two or three
different experience days plus magazines which will be more than to be going
on with at this stage.
